We have a good core of youth who attend
each week to Sunday School, Worship and
Bible Study. I am thankful to the Lord
for the youth of FBC who choose to stay
consistent. We are looking forward to
the arrival of the rising 7th
graders.
17 Bible
Studies, 5 Fun and Fellowship Trips, 4
Mission Activities, and 1 Camp as well
as weekly Sunday School, fills the
calendar through August. Letters to
parents have been mailed with the
calendar and information about events.
Summer is
always a busy time for youth ministry.
It is also an expensive time. We are
projecting that each student will need
approximately $400 for all the
activities that have been planned. To
help defray the cost of camp, and other
trips and activities, we will be having
fund raising events. Please support
these with your attendance and
finances. If any of you need work done
around your house please let us know so
that we can place you with a teenager.
